Looking for input on the font of a 1936 Italian Lines'ss Roma booklet cover

Featured Replies

Hi There,

There's an old booklet of an Italian Boat Line booklet and I'm trying to figure out the font that the "ROMA" and "Italian Line" lettering is in.

Does anyone know?

Attached is a screenshot of the cover and the following links below are links to two sources where more of the booklet is featured.

Some history on the booklet:

It's a 2nd class passenger list and brochure for the liner "Roma" debarking from Genova September 26, 1930 to New York.

This is a beautifully produced brochure from the great art deco front and back cover to the well designed and illustrated interior full of information and foldout maps of its transatlantic and eastern routes
