pngtree.com lists the author as “Sketchdraw”. I’m not aware of any means to contact the author. I’m not sure when it was created, presumably some time after 2017.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is an alternate included in the retail font (see the promotional images).

Edit: it’s also in the free downloadable version, it just doesn’t appear in DaFonts’s text preview.
