in Font Identification

Hi, first time caller, long time kerner here.

I'm looking to identify a typeface used on TSR's 1st Edition AD&D (later, colour edition) modules, used below the title.

The sample is dated 1980 and isn't Futura as it has a distinct "1". I've run it through the usual font id websites, to no avail.

It's got me curious.
