Looking for the font used in this design "SPQR" :)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for the font used in this design that I found on google. I don't have a link to the image anymore because I downloaded it a long time ago and I don't seem to find it again 😞  

Is it actually a font? If yes, I would appreciate it if you could tell me its name or an alternative of it. Thanks!
