Have a 2003 Mercury 60hp 2 stroke outboard motor which needs decals replaced. Thought id make my own but cant find the exact font used for the numbers. I know the font used for the logo (Mighty Rapids) but the numbers in that font don't match up. Picture below shows the exact numbers.

Technically Mighty Rapids is not the typeface used for the logo, but rather it is a “fan font” based on the logo.

As for the numbers, they look like (some version of) Helvetica Oblique (probably also the base for the original logo), artificially slanted even more.
