I know this logo is a custom creation, and as such there probably isn't a set font it uses. But I'd love to find whatever free font is as close as possible to this. Thanks in advance for any help!

There is a lot going on, between the distressing, the cut-out style and the added spikes.

Vaguely reminiscent of Black Monday (not free) or Blue Highway Linocut.

You could perhaps find something more in places like Dafont’s Cartoon or Horror themes.
