I am trying to identify the fonts on the front cover of a Caterpillar Dozer Manual from the 1960’s to reproduce in MS Word.  I’ve looked through the long list of fonts in Word and I couldn’t identify them.  They seem to have a distinctive look about them especially the “D” and the number “4”.
