This is the picture of the font that I'm looking for. I have tried on several other forums and used WhatTheFont and Matcherator but haven't gotten the exact font. Sorry if I did something wrong on here. It's my first time.

One of the databases i consulted identifies it as PF Notepad, a typeface by Parachute Foundry that seems to date from the 1990s. Doesn't appear to be commercially available these days.

I just checked and it is not that font. 😞

Now, this database is not always accurate for IDs, so it is possible that they got the name / attribution wrong, but the letter forms do seem to match your sample.
