Need help IDing the "Soda Shop" Font

I think the whole sign uses the same font, just variations of it. I am not sure if it's a computer font, but I am surprised I haven't been able to find computer fonts similar to it. I am specially interested in fontS that  have the similar S,H,P and A letters. I'd really appreciate any suggestions.

I am also attaching a file with letters that I tried to isolate and enhanced.

Kira you might want to take a look at typeface by: https://ephemerafonts.com/

They seem to specialise in old Victorian typeface and old signwriters works works.
