Searching to identify the font used for a family sign/gift

My in-laws were gifted this sign with the names of their grand-children, but there are names to be added and we don't know the font. If we can find the exact font name/location, we're happy to pay for it.

I've tried to use the photo upload to recognize it, but no luck.
