2021 School District of Philadelphia Circular Insignia

Circular insignia likely created for the School District Facebook and Twitter pages.  Earliest instances I can find are from 2021.  It is undoubtedly a digital typeface. 

I am seeking to identify it, so I may re-create it in scalable vector graphic.
