Font from Carl Jung’s Simulazione di malattia mentale

Hi all- this is a shoot from an old book printed in Italy in the 60's.

The font seems to be Transitional Roman but it's not, there are differences for "a", "t" and "f".

Any idea?

Giving book title and publisher would be an obvious to clearly identify the source as required.
