Looking for font used at bottom of end of politcal ads (Joe Biden)

This is comical, but I can't for the life of me figure out what the font is at the end of political ads. I've attached a screenshot here, and I'm just looking for the font name of the text "Approved by Joe Biden. Paid for by...", not the actual font itself.

The closest I could find was Kapra Neue Pro.

The S and the R make it not Universe or some other usual suspect.
Tall Skinny Condensed, and Bee, Bee Two Normal, Triple Condensed Gothic Light, all have a similar S but a different R. SteelTongs designed by Tracer Tong seems to come the closest but looks a bit thicker than your sample.
