It looks like a knock-off of Amerigo (Broderbund has a reputation in that regard), and it coud be what was used. But it could also be that whoever designed the logo modified the height of Amerigo’s |A| bar to match those of |B|H|.

Yeah, they probably downloaded some "creative" pack from Broderbund, and called it a day. I would recommend using Amerigo, as Riccardo suggested.
