Help identifying a font from looka.com

Apex Twin

My client created a logo on Looka.com, yes I know, but it is what it is.

I've searched in all the usual places, but I can't find this font anywhere. Please help me identify it!

The L is very distinctive, as it has a slight slope to the horizontal arm of the L.

As I said, given the results I got, and the description of the changes to the typeface, I think the one from Looka is simply an old version of Quincy, not a commissioned one.

You could try to contact Connary Fagen directly to see if it is still available.
