The font appears written under the Japanese name of the song (彗星列車のベルが鳴る)

I am sorry about the resolution

I have tried several websites but my problem is that it is probably just a very common font with italics, so the website searches for fonts with slant built in instead of checking the italic form. I have no idea how to search for a font which I already know is italic. If someone knows then I would be grateful. The most distinctive features about the italic is the shape of the y, the forward flourish on the b, and the single storey g.

I want to be clear I want the Latin font not the CJK font.

Here is a full size version, I have identified the Japanese font as probably being Hannari Mincho with some of the top strokes on the boxes opened, the tail added, and the dakuten replaced with stars.

The sample is indeed too small and blurry, but applying Occam’s razor, I would bet it’s Monotype Corsiva.
