Font on mid-1980s DEC convention t-shirt

Featured Replies

Hello,
I'm looking to recreate a t-shirt that was made for some DEC/Digital computer convention or similar in the mid-1980s, and I would ideally use the same font.  It was supposedly made by Doug Humphrey of the DIGEX company.  Here is the source of the picture:

There is another photo with a blue background here: http://www.priups.com/riklblog/jun19/190609-roundup.htm

Thank you very much!  If I draw these shapes in Inkscape, is there a way that could be useful as a font?
