Looking to identify a font used in this logo (There's Hope) created in 2022/2023

My father is on the board of the There's Hope Special Needs Conference taking place this June. This logo was created for the conference. I am creating a poster for the conference, so I'm trying to identify the font used in the logo creation for continuity. This logo was created sometime in late 2022/early 2023. Commercial fonts are fine, free fonts are a plus. I just need the font name, but a link to where it is available would be appreciated! Thanks so much 🙂
