Looking for retro font on old Cigar band with special crossbars

I need to redesign this cigar label and keep the same typo of G. DE GRAAFF s-GRAVENHAGE.

I tried different font identification tools without succes. It looks like Remah font but not completely. Custom made? I hope not. Thanks in advance for the help.
