Looking for Script font name used on this National Beta Club T Shirt

I just need the font name. It looks like all text is the same font but the words are sized differently. This is for a National Beta Club T Shirt. I need to recreate the design for them for screenprinting. The only file they have is a png file that will not auto trace very well.

I need to recreate this as vector art for a clear image to output onto film.
