I'm looking for this or similar font used in Youtube video (43-тя окрема артилерійська бригада)

This snapshot is from a Youtube video. Original text was in cyrillic letters so I flipped the image and in this mirror image letter Я is R. The picture is blurry, but there is text "RT". I'm looking for this or similar font.

Video link?

Sorry, I don't have the Youtube video link anymore. Anyway it was a video from Ukrainian war and from Ukrainian side.  You can see the text only a split second.

In Ukrainian language "43-тя окрема артилерійська бригада" means "43rd Separate Artillery Brigade".

So I think тя is just a transparent watermark for an Ukrainian brigade.

I vectorized those letters with Autocad and found some similar fonts with whatfontis.com but not exattly same.
