Looking for the font used in the logo of Within Temptation

Sadly, I'm not able to provide much more than that it's (most likely) a font that was used in the logo of Within Temptation to promote their upcoming album. I've included two variants of it: one taken from the cover of their new single and a plain B&W version that features a different variant of the letter 'E'.

Before posting here, I tried nearly every font identification tool available, but to no avail. Hopefully someone is able to identify it.
