Bottom text seems very simple, but mainly I'm looking for the actual rating text. This definitely originates in 1990s. I've noticed the serifs share similar characteristics with the usual stencil fonts (ie. they're not sharp but pretty rounded). Close alternatives would be great too if the original can't be found. Thanks.
