Looking for the font of this C L Mind & Serenity Hub business card made recently

I'm looking for the font used as the body text of the attached business card.

This font has been used by my client, C L Mind & Serenity Hub. It was used for their flyer and this business card. They don't yet have a website as that is what I'm building. They are not in touch with their designer and all fonts appear to be outlined in the PDFs.

This business is in Australia.

Another font used in the artworks appear to be Ostrich Sans Heavy.

The business is quite new so I estimate the age of the flyer to be around 6 months to 1 year old.

I'm specifically looking for a digital version I can use on their website. Just the name would be ok. A source would be very useful too. Free if possible.
