Looking for the font for "since 1949" in this Baca's Restaurant sign

The font was used in the creation of Baca's Restaurant & Lounge neon sign. I am only guessing, but I think it was probably created

in the 1970 - 1990s. I am hoping to find out the font name, I can find or purchase the font once I know what it is.

What we see there doesn’t really come from a font. It’s just a shape that the manufacturers of these neon signs could create. But no digital font will match the result.  

If it helps, the general style is called Uncial
