I've been sent a pdf to print but it is 29mm wide and too lo-res.

I'm sorry i dont have more information than this.... 😔

The PDF uses Arial. The logo on the website looks like Helvetica. 
You might also look at Swiss 721, which is Bitstream’s Helvetica version, which is also used for other text on the website.
