"The Model Railroad Book" by Warren F. Morgan 1953 one of many how-to softcover "books" (thin; about 144 pages; 6-3/4 x 10) from ARCO Publishing Company.  This sample comes from the inside of the dust jacket of the hardcover version.  I've come close but usually some features don't match as well as might.

Your sample is set in Vogue (Intertype, 1930).

Intervogue (Richard Miller, 2o18) is a digital revival and expansion of Vogue, but not an exact match. Store Norsk's Tango is closer to the original.

For another digital interpretation that is truer to the original forms, but with a bit of distressing, try Tipique.

Thank you, Kevin.   I needed to repair a section of this text on an old jacket and the closer the font matches, the better.
