Anyone recognize this 90's looking trash font?  It's so bad, I'm almost kinda feeling it.

I didn't find any match, all I can offer is better quality image version. I personally think it's just designed by hand.

That is great! I appreciate your help.  I found some fonts in the Fajita Font Family that are similar.  I think after days of searching, you are right about it being designed by hand.  Your better-quality image is very nice.  Can I ask how to made it?
