I'm trying to find the font used for Kewadin

I'm looking for the font used for "KEWADIN", never mind casinos and the smaller text outside.

I've been searching for this font for a while now but can't find it. So far the closest I've found is something from the Gloucester family but the E and W aren't quite right. The logo is from 2000 so it's not a brand new font. Any idea what it could be (or something very similar)?
