Trying to add another name in the same font

AZ Sailor Tattoo is not a bad fit, just have the tattoo artist reverse the shading from bottom to top. They should be able to do the necessary adjustments to match it up pretty close visually with the existing design if they are experienced. Also, I would strongly recommend that you touch up the existing motif anew, as the new addition will not match the old design visually for decades to come.

Also not a match but similar Sailor Gothic.
