This source is too low resolution, the closest I can find is Riffic (Bold) + some effects applied.

I agree with MissNobody. The sample has a very low resolution, so it's hard to see details. It has, however, some similarities to Gotham and, subsequently, Montserrat/Argentum Sans/Clarity City/Metropolis/Red Hat Display except for the angled terminals on the X. The word «Followers» set in Brandon Grotesque Medium looks pretty much on point too. That means that Cabin might work too.
