turtle_creeker
Looking for a font like this. It is for my JukeBox, a Rock-Ola Fireball CD. Thanks, in advance Ron Link to comment
Kevin Thompson
I answered this same question on the WhatTheFont forum at myfonts.com five years ago: Given the era [1950s], this logotype was custom/hand lettered, not typeset. Similar: Gandur Greenbriar Black Krystal Adding a few more I wasn’t aware of back then: SF Archery Black Gothick Byzantus Darksoul Highshade 2 Link to comment
turtle_creeker
Thank you. Several of those are really close. Is there software to make my own, somehow? Thanks, Ron Link to comment
Kevin Thompson
The best way to replicate the type is to locate the largest, highest resolution image of the nameplate you can find and have a competent graphic designer redraw/autotrace the letters in Adobe Illustrator. That would give you vector artwork that you could then print out or have made into a decal or vinyl appliqué. Link to comment
