Looking for the typeface used in a 1900 dated lithograph of a Paris city view published in Germany

I am looking to identify the typeface in the first image that says  Paris Exposition Universelle 1900.  Could it be ITC Cushing?

The second image is not as important unless you know it. Thank you.

ITC Cushing wasn’t introduced until 1982, but Cushing Oldstyle has been around since 1889.

To me, the first image text most closely resembles a lighter, italic weight of Bookman, but its release date is 1901 (could work if the piece was printed a year after the exposition).

For a contemporary digital face that also mimics the look of old printed type, try Text Serif HPLHS Italic.

PRINTED IN GERMANY looks hand engraved to me; bears a passing resemblance to Benguiat Gothic and Secession.
