Greetings All -    I'd appreciate help in identifying the casual brush script font in the attached photo I took. 

It's on a sign at the entrance to a residential community here in NH and I think it's fairly new (less than 10 years old)

I did not have any luck trying to get  a match using  a cropped image of the text on What the Font, Font Squirrel,

What font is, or Font Spring Matchurator.

I'd like to get the font name , and a recommendation on where to buy it.
