Hi! my friends company has this logo (the first part is misisng in the pic becuase it is a graphically treated part of the font, so not useful for identification... closest i could find is Tafel Sans, but its not quite it either... futura extra bold vibes but not quite it either... logo ws created in the 70s or earlier even so could have been hand drawn also. thanks a lot for your help!

The closest I can find is slightly modified DSoft's Erawan (bold), but I can't find any legit source, so no link.

Good old Futura would also be a good starting point.

I believe this is the same typeface.

thanks a lot! Yes its close – maybe it was modified. my first thought was also futura but it is too different... if anyone has any other hints please let me know! thanks a lot @Kevin Thompson and @Ralf Herrmann
