I'm looking for the fonts used on the  Jack Daniel's Japanese version.

But I'd like to find the fonts used on "Jack Daniel's", "Old Time Distillery", "Sour Mash"...

JACK DANIEL'S looks very close to Lynchburg.

The most similar to 'OLD TIME' and 'SOUR MASH' I can find, is something like Eurasia typeface.

Can't find match for 'Old Time Distillery', I only have this somewhat cleaned up version:

Seems they've moved away from these custom typefaces designed by T.26.

Any idea for "N°7", "QUALITY" and "WHISKEY" ? 

It's hard to tell, but 'QUALITY' might be Euroasia as well (vertically scaled down). If someone wants to try, I created these for the purpose of my search, maybe someone will have better luck (AI):

The closest I can find for WHISKEY is EFCO Fairley Nine

For the 7 (but not the No.), Country Western Fill comes close

QUALITY on the first image resembles Eurostile Heavy (it is some other typeface on the second image)
