I am looking for the font of the '250' in the top right corner of both images.

The design is by Johan Enschede. I wanted to look at his other designs, but it seems they use different fonts.

As far as I know, banknotes don’t use commercial typefaces, for obvious reasons.

It's in the Swiss tradition of neo grotesques, so plain vanilla Helvetica could go a long way, or Work Sans, or Neue Montreal. 

Maax Medium is very similar, though you’d have to square off the upper left terminal of the 2.
