Definitely coming from an alphabet, it's a mixed between broadway, biner etc 

Everything is in the A H and the R !

Can't find any specimen or scan or font, if anyone knows more ! Thanks in advance !!!

There is your answer. It is possible that the artist used a model from some sign painting manual, other than just their craft, but arguably no font or typeface were involved.
