Antique Wood Type

Featured Replies

A printer has this in his shop but doesn't have a name for it. I went through the wood type resource material I have which is primarily American (and somewhat limited) but was unable to help him. Hoping someone here might be able to.

Thanks.

As Kevin said, the image is reversed.

Also, since the first post I have been told by the printer he is reasonably certain the type is British but he still doesn't know the name. All of the wood specimen books for the UK that I knew of have disappeared from online since type.org shut down.
