Not finding a match. 'VORLEHRE' is kind of similar to System85:

But nothing for 'BLACK MOUNTAIN'. Almost looks like lettering. They both do to be honest. This is what I cleaned it up to be.

Nothing that close, but the closest was probably Wichita. If you horizontally scale it.

In 1934–35, when Josef Albers created this seal, the only way to achieve "type around a circle" was to hand letter it. No typesetting involved.

You’d have to modify the A, but Schillerplatz is quite similar.
