Looking for this font to recreate the logo (electro plus) as vector

I received this logo from a friend (who owns the company electro-plus in Belgium), who is asking me to try and recreate it as a vector logo. The company that created the logo went bankrupt, and the only version my friend has is this low-res jpg.

So far I have been looking around, with no success. Whatthefont or Identifont have not been helpful.

Does anybody know the font name, or a similar one please ?
