I want to identify this nice handwritten style font (if it is a font, for me very hard to find) from the book The wizard of Oz in a Norwegian translation.

The font appears only on the front cover page, page 5, 6 and the last page (back cover).

Any help or insight is appreciated. I am way out in my second houre trawling the internet to find this font. Using image search, similarity name search, font identification by class/type, ChatGPT and looking through some of my own font collections.

That this is difficult makes me only more determined.

Fonts have always fascinated me and I love to write and design. I hope somebody here have the insight or luck to crack this challenge.

I will search som more myself and post the most similar font names.

I found someting quite close, but the p, the s and the r has not been quite there all together. Also the italic skew have been way too much in every case. (Should have been nothing?)

At first "English157 BT" looked like a promising candidate, but now it seems more like a lonely blind gate. I especially dislike the much more italic look. (Any trick to de-italic a font?)
