Help Needed To Find Font, Team Nessa shirt

Customer want's this font from a t-shirt about 10 years ago. She was in a horrific accident and survived, but now wants this design printed on cups. It's actually not a distorted font, the shirt is that rough looking. I've looked (I'm sure I'm overlooking it) and cannot find the exact font. I'm thinking it may be multiple fonts. Does anyone have any idea? It's in the serif ball terminal group.
