Please Help Identify Font in Bolivar Arena Association logo

I was sent this in a logo from Bolivar Arena Association to print on some t-shirts. They want some text added to the back to be in the same font as the logo.

Can someone please identify the font used - I believe the font is the same in the UPPER CASE lettering at the top arch "BOLIVAR ARENA ASSOCIATION" as the tag line.

The lower case "t" has a very distinct shape that I know I have seen before, but just can't place it...
