2) Player Number

3) Player Name

Sorry, glossed over the fact that Gotham was release about seven years after the date of your source.
Futura Bold Condensed is a more likely option for the players' names.

Xavi, given that BANCA CATALANA is a logotype, I wouldn't hold out too much hope of finding a typographic match. Logotypes are rarely straight settings of a typeface.
