A local church has some old signs and wants me to replace them, but I would like to maintain style what they have and set them up with the ability to use that font for other materials. Just wanna find this font and get them a license. The original was done by a local sign painter kind of guy, but he has since moved to a different town.

The closest I can find are called Dolphin or Rundero, but can't find any license information on them.

They might be a knock-off of Delphin. Which is similar (but further away from our font in question):
