This is the name engraved on my wife's headstone. I can't seem to identify the font, thought it is similar to Spacerite Modified Roman or ScotchKut Modified Roman. The shape of the legs of the letters "K" and "R" is unique, and I can't locate it.

Mythica, by K-Type, says it is derived from gravestone lettering—it is the closest digital match I can find.

I’m sure it has a different name in the monument world, but I didn’t find it on the Monument Letter Center website. The site does have a forum where you can post ID requests—you might want to post a request there.
