Font for Star Trek Picard Starfleet Command Seal

Hi, I've been trying to identify the font used in Season 1 of Star Trek Picard's Seal for Starfleet Command. In Season 2 and onward, they use Eurostile Candy, however for Season 1 they use a font I have been attempting to ID to no avail. It looks like some variant of Protrakt I think, however some of the letterforms are wrong, and a part of me thinks it might be a hybrid font. If it is, can anyone identify the constituent fonts that make up the font (feel free to specify which letters come from where if you like), and any acceptable alternatives if these fonts are particularly hard to come by.
