Local Volunteer Fire Department Font Identification

Featured Replies

I am a public safety information officer with a local-level emergency management agency, and I'm working with local fire departments to help create graphic logos for their social media. I'm in a very rural area, and I have only recently gotten some of these agencies to use social media and would greatly appreciate the assistance in getting them a little further along.

  1. They want PNG graphic logos made for each agency so that they can visually credit each other when they make posts about their time on a fire scene together.

  2. The fonts are a mixed bag, as they're all made by different print shops in the area. Said shops will not help without a "modest fee", which none can afford, as they're all volunteer.

  3. The graphic to the left was provided by one of the shop owners that WILL help, but they cannot identify the font, as they are no longer in business.

  4. The image to the right is taken from one of their tankers. The fonts absolutely MUST match their vehicle lettering and livery.

I have also added a "public agency font list to the "Fonts by usage" board, if any of you would like to contribute.

This is just the first of many. Any gurus care to help me out?
