Just need the font dead center

This was already posted here on a request with two other fonts, but the post is now gone.

The typeface above was the only one that I couldn’t definitively ID. Rumutocu (artificially italicized) is similar, and because that W and M appear in a number of their typefaces I surmised it was another Chequered Ink design that just isn’t in any matching database.

So I found this font called Gorehand: https://www.dafont.com/gorehand.font?text=WORLD+MUSIC+ORIGINAL&back=author

It's the same thing but it has these marks on it that look different from the font pictured. Is there any way I can remove them

Gorehand was another Checkered Ink option I believe I referenced in the now-removed post.

Yes, set the type you want, make a copy of it and convert the copy to outlines in either InDesign or Illustrator (or the free alternatives Scribus and Inkscape) and edit the outlines.
